Glen Beck Does it Again

I was watching Glen Beck's show on Fox News and I have to say it was very interesting. The topic of the day was the Arizona Immigration Law. Beck's show cleverly focused on those immigrants who entered our country legally and went through the process to become American citizens. Interestingly enough these "legal immigrants" or I should say our fellow Americans sided with the rule of law. They understand the need of stricter immigration laws and a more secure border. They understand the difference between racial profiling and protecting this country of ours.
These citizens, these patriots who claimed of their own freewill their allegiance to the United States of America are the backbone of our country. Some told stories of their journey risking their lives to come here, the struggle and perseverance to attain that dream of freedom. Each and everyone of these Americans spoke of the freedom, the opportunities and the good life they live in the United States. They all expressed their love for their adopted country. These individuals were from all over the world with one common thread, freedom.
If you think about it this country was founded by outcasts, rabblerousers who were exiled and abandoned by their country. From the very beginning of the birth of our nation to present time, America has had its arms opened wide policy to those who wish to join this great land and become a citizen. American culture is the blending of the worldwide cultures of all the people who have come here. They are the future of our country's success in maintaining our Constitution and Our Bill of rights.
Of all the news programs and commentators' shows that I watch, and I do watch quite a few of them on different networks, I enjoy Beck's show the most. This is a man who talks from the heart, who backs his statements with physical proof. This man will also admit it when he's wrong or if one of his statements was proved false. That's what I like about this show, it's direct and to the point, no sugar nor vinegar added here.
The show last evening was about America; the dream, the freedom, and the rule of law. I love my country and I know you do too.
